Missoula Children’s Theatre Auditions for ‘Rapunzel’ at Lofte Community Theatre
Ready or not, here they come! It’s time for the summer children’s theater event at the Lofte Community Theatre in Manley. In cooperation with the Missoula Children’s Theatre, the Lofte will be holding auditions for this year’s production of “Rapunzel." Rest assured, there are several parts available for both boys and girls.
Auditions take place at the Lofte on Monday morning, June 13 beginning at 10am. Please arrive by 9:45 to allow time for registration. Children who will be entering first grade through the seventh grade are eligible. There are parts for approximately 60 children as well as opportunities for Assistant Directors and Light Booth operators. The cast list will be announced at noon, immediately following the audition process. While not all actors are required for all rehearsal times, all children should have a clear schedule June 13-18, 10am-2:30pm.
There will be two public performances on Saturday, June 18, 3pm & 6pm. Adult tickets are $10 and children are $8. Tickets are free for all Lofte season ticket holders.
This is an amazing experience for the kids and the Lofte is proud to be able to host it. Special thanks goes out to Pinnacle Bank in Louisville for their sponsorship. Those with questions may contact Anne Pope at LoftePR@Lofte.com.
